Two Emirates men were found guilty and sentenced to 15 years in jail for the collective rape of a 15 year old French boy. They were found guilty of kidnapping and homosexuality since there is no stipulation for rape in Emirates law. One of the men was aware that he was HIV positive and had 11 similar convictions under his belt. A third man, a minor, is awaiting sentencing in youth court.
