Tonight in a Repentigny jail (suburb of Montreal), sits an eighteen year old adult-education student. His crime: serving marjuanna muffins to his school mates and teacher without advising them.
A few ambulances later, his joke landed him in jail.
In unrelated news, the McGill (University) Christian Fellowship are hosting a hip-hop fundraising concert in support of International Justice Mission, an organization that ''investigates sex trafficking crimes, rescues victims and brings perpetrators to justice.''
Says Christian Fellowship Bible-study leader: ''It's time to raise more than just awareness.''
