Step 1. Re-label the urge honestly. The urge is not reflective of reality.
Step 2. Re-attribute. Blame the brain. The ill kept, badly raised brain.
Step 3. Refocus. Buy time. Make the igloo into a 2 room igglu (Copyright).
Step 4. Re-value (or de-value) remember all the crap that came from this behaviour that you can't stop having.
Step 5. Re-create your life. Set forth strong values and definite goals.
DRINK CLAY WATER and ACTIVE CHARCOAL.
SWEAT.
see massage therapist/osteopathe at least once a month.
Take supplements. That's D, Zinc, Magnesium, Omega 3, Calcium, C, Bee Pollen, Greens energy boost. Donc forget the elixir and prune paste.
Avoid, coffee, chocolate, sugar, meat, youporn, sugar slash booze slash sugar and smoke or pollutants. Rest as much as your body needs. Even more.
